What happens when I connect a website?
Rankveo reads the site's existing structure and content so it can plan keywords, articles, and visibility tracking around what is already live.
Can I manage multiple websites?
Each paid subscription covers one website. Add another subscription when you want a separate workspace and capacity for another site.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a higher-capacity plan as your publishing or monitoring needs increase.
What happens if I cancel?
Your published content stays live, and access continues until the end of the paid period. You can take your exported data with you.
Do I need a developer to get started?
No. Supported publishing platforms connect directly, and other workflows can use clean Markdown exports.
Who owns the content I publish?
You retain ownership of the content you submit and publish through Rankveo.
Can I delete my account data?
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Choose monthly billing for flexibility or annual billing for a lower effective monthly price.
Is there a trial?
New accounts may receive a 3-day trial where offered. The checkout screen shows the trial terms before you confirm.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing lowers the monthly equivalent price on both Premium and Max.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and your paid access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Are subscription fees refundable?
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Rankveo.
When will my subscription renew?
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew on that same interval.
How many websites does one plan cover?
One paid subscription covers one website, with the publishing and monitoring limits of the selected plan.
How is Rankveo different from a normal SEO tool?
Traditional tools hand you data. Rankveo plans keywords, creates content, publishes it, and tracks Google rankings plus AI citations.
What counts as an AI citation?
An AI citation is recorded when an answer from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity names your brand or references your content.
Do I need to connect my CMS?
Direct integrations make publishing automatic. If you prefer not to connect a CMS, you can export clean Markdown and publish it yourself.

Does Rankveo sell personal information?
No. Rankveo does not sell your personal information.
Is my private content used to train public AI models?
Rankveo does not train public AI models on your private site content without your permission.
What data do connected integrations receive?
Connected services receive only the information needed to publish or sync the actions you authorize.
How long is account data retained?
Account and site data is kept while your account is active, then removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention.
How do I report a privacy concern?
