This Privacy Policy explains how rankveo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use rankveo.com, app.rankveo.com, and related services (the “Service”).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not train public AI models on your private site content without your permission.
4. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, email, payments, and error monitoring under contract.
- Integrations you connect — e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify — to publish or sync as you authorize.
- Legal / safety — when required by law or to protect rankveo, users, or the public.
5. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the Service and optional analytics cookies where allowed. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Data retention
We keep account and site data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@rankveo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local regulator.
9. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
